WHAT HAPPENS IN SESSIONS…
We meet on Zoom. One hour. As often as feels right for you.
We talk. We work with sensation. We go into the past, the present, the future. The difference is we're not asking your brain to tell us the story. We're asking your body what it's been holding. And we listen.
You don't need to explain your life to me first. I understand what's different about a nervous system that's been neurodivergent and unrecognised for decades. We go straight to the work.
What starts to shift:
You catch shutdown before it hits. The early signals your body sends become readable instead of invisible.
The things talk therapy couldn't reach start to move. Not because we avoid talking about them, but because we go to where they actually live.
Masking becomes a choice, not a default. You build the capacity to say no and set boundaries without your nervous system treating it like a threat. You ask for help when you need it. You finally feel safe.
You learn what's a trauma response that can heal and what's a neurodivergent trait that's just how you're wired. That distinction changes everything.
Some sessions are deep. Some are light. Some are surprisingly funny. Nervous systems are wonderfully creative. You’re allowed to play here.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
I know what it’s like to believe you’re broken.
I also know what it’s like to discover you never were.
I’m Rachael and I’m neurodivergent.
In my late 30s, I received multiple diagnoses and went on a mix of medication. I trained as an ADHD coach and redesigned my life around my limitations.
Then I discovered somatic therapy and my whole world changed.
As I continued my training and working on myself, I healed the trauma my body had been holding for decades. This led to the realisation that so many of my “symptoms” were actually trauma responses. I no longer need medication. I no longer meet the diagnostic criteria I’d been given.
I’m still neurodivergent. I’m just not recognised as medically suffering.
My brain works differently and that’s not something to fix. But I’m no longer drowning in unhealed trauma disguised as permanent conditions.
I’m trained in somatic therapy, ADHD-informed coaching, polyvagal theory, mindbody coaching and chronic pain healing. All approaches that I weave together to support neurodivergent nervous systems.
