WHY WORK WITH ME?

I know what it’s like to believe you’re broken.
I also know what it’s like to discover you never were.

I’m Rachael and I’m neurodivergent.

In my late 30s, I received multiple diagnoses and went on a mix of medication. I trained as an ADHD coach and redesigned my life around my limitations.

Then I discovered somatic therapy and everything changed.

As I continued my training and working on myself, I healed the trauma my body had been holding for decades. This led to the realisation that so many of my “symptoms” were actually trauma responses. I no longer needed medication. I no longer meet the diagnostic criteria I’d been given.

I’m still neurodivergent. I’m just not suffering.

My brain works differently and that’s not something to fix. But I’m no longer drowning in unhealed trauma disguised as permanent conditions.

I’m trained in somatic therapy, ADHD-informed coaching, polyvagal theory, mindbody coaching and chronic pain healing. All approaches that I weave together to support neurodivergent nervous systems.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

After your connection call, we meet for one-hour sessions as often as feels right for your nervous system.

In our sessions, you’ll:

  • Recognise your shutdown before it happens, catch the early signals your body sends instead of hitting a wall and wondering “how did I get here again?”

  • Release what you’ve been carrying in your body, the trauma, stress and overwhelm that talk therapy couldn’t touch because it was never stored in words.

  • Stop performing “normal” and start feeling like yourself, build the capacity to unmask safely, set boundaries without guilt, and honour your actual needs.

  • Find your regulation toolkit, body-based practices that work for YOUR neurodivergent system, not generic mindfulness that never quite fit.

  • Understand what’s trauma and what’s neurodivergence, learn to distinguish between trauma responses that can heal and neurodivergent traits that are just how you’re wired.

  • Held online via Zoom

  • Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 2.30 pm

  • No lengthy assessment or diagnostic requirements
