Hi, I’m Rachael, a trauma-informed, ADHD, and mind-body coach specialising in empowering high-achievers to break free from the realms of over-achieving to give themselves space and time to think clearly so they can overcome stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue and burnout.
My Journey
As an AuDHD mum of four, my personal journey has profoundly shaped my coaching approach. Whether at home or in the office, working all hours for someone else’s agenda was positively reinforced.
After returning from my last maternity leave in the corporate world and being diagnosed with ADHD and Autism, I experienced severe burnout that affected my work, parenting, and sense of identity.
This pivotal moment led me to retrain as a specialist ADHD coach and subsequently as a mind-body coach focusing on wellness.
Following my ADHD coach training, I had all the tools but I noticed myself and those around me were doing everything right, but still constantly doing more, trying harder, pushing to be better. Rest was not on the horizon and this was engrained to our core. This is when I discovered the profound impact of integrating mind-body techniques to unlock the past and achieve emotional resilience, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
These techniques supported me when my diagnosis became all-consuming and ADHD seemed to define my entire identity. They helped me return to who I truly am and have always been at a cellular level;
a whole person who was never broken, a whole person who just needed to rest, recuperate and rewire my nervous system.
This personal transformation inspired me to share these powerful tools with others, particularly high-achievers who face unique challenges in their professional and personal lives.
My Approach
I believe in a holistic, personalised approach to coaching. By combining body awareness, mindfulness techniques, sensory integration, emotional regulation, movement, expression, and trauma-informed principles, I create a supportive and nurturing environment for my clients.
My goal is to help you build a stronger connection between your brain and body, fostering a sense of wholeness and balance.
